Contract Advisor (Level 1, 2, 3)
Main accountabilities  Planning and execution of all 3rd party contractual service requirements for assigned Product Service Lines (PSL) and contracts, ensuring all relevant policies, processes and procedures are followed Conduct data analytics capability, supplier benchmarking and market intelligence in support of category plan development and contracting plan execution Conduct Supplier Qualification Process Interface with Contract Owners for all services and materials ensuring Safe, Reliable, Efficient & Sustainable execution Support the development of the 3-year strategic Category Plan for services and material requirements Support the development, approval and execution of the Annual Contract & Procurement Plan (ACPP) for assigned Product Service Lines (PSL) and contracts as per established policies, processes and procedures Develop proposals for approval to CRC and SRC for all Core service providers/suppliers for assigned Product Service Lines (PSL) and contracts Facilitate execution of improvement opportunity initiatives Present proposals for approval during CRC and SRC as required Execute the Contracting Plan for Core service providers/suppliers (RFI, RFP, benchmarking, market intelligence, SQP, contract negotiation, and contract execution) Ensure all 3rd party services are awarded as per Company policies, processes & procedures and in a transparent, competitive, and ethical manner Support the Category Manager in establishing and utilizing the Strategic Supplier Relationship Management process for key service providers/suppliers by implementing KPIs and scorecards to measure and improve supplier performance for quality, performance and cost competitiveness. Meet established KPIs (Contract Cycle Time, Value Creation, etc.). Ensure KPIs are tracked and reported. Development and utilization of systems/tools and technology for category and contract management  Development and utilization of efficient and effective processes and procedures to reduce time and cost of delivering SCM service
