Contract Analyst

The Contracts Analyst will work under the direct supervision of the Contracts Manager.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 Responsible for reviewing and fulfilling contract requests according to customers’ needs from field sales management team.

 Prepare contracts, amendments and notices according to contracting lifecycle – activities may include roster management, pricing setup, system setup, and records retention.

 Perform compliance measurements on Acclarent contracts.  This may involve extensive research, statistical reporting, and analysis. Meet RBMs regularly to go over contract expirations, address Contract Business Review requests.

 Organize, maintain all contract and pricing agreement documentation, function’s processes (SOPs).

 Capable of interpreting contractual language and process redlines and contract negotiation, as needed.

 Lead special Contract related projects as necessary. Collaborate with business partners on contract support to meet business objectives.

Support audits and compliance testing by providing information and supporting documents

 Model N trouble shooting to identify, report and solve Model N contractual functions. Not limited to module automation to improve processing time and reduce error risks.

Perform other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college

A minimum of two (2) years of business experience is required.

1-2 years extensive data mining/manipulation and data validation skills utilizing Excel (advanced features)

Very high attention to detail and quality control is imperative.

1–2 years’ experience of working with Oracle and Model N (preferred)

Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

Must function independently and possess organizational skills.

Coordination and Communication:

 Assist in providing support to field-sales management team.

 Prioritize and respond to a variety of requests daily.

 Recommend revisions to existing contracts and assist in developing new reporting tools as needed.

 Provide timely updates to Management Team on contracts and on-going projects.
