We are seeking a talented individual to join our Oliver Wyman team at Marsh McLennan as a Contract Analyst. This role will be based in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Contract Analyst will play a key role in the administrative management and oversight of contract management system within Oliver Wyman. This position is responsible for supporting the document administration lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining documents, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. The Contract Analyst will work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient document administration and provide essential support in document/contract-related matters.
Contract Analyst
We will count on you to:
Review incoming contracts/documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or areas requiring clarification.
Maintain and organize the contract management system (Certinia), ensuring all contracts are properly filed and easily retrievable.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for contract processing.
Provide administrative support in the resolution of contract-related inquiries and issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional experience as a paralegal or administrative assistant.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $48,600 to $97,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
