Tout en travaillant dans un environnement en évolution rapide et en gérant de multiples priorités, l'AC doit s'assurer que les commandes signées par les clients de Xerox respectent les directives de l'entreprise et que la facture initiale envoyée au client externe est exacte. Le CA assure l'interface avec l'organisation commerciale de Xerox, l'équipe de tarification, les centres de distribution et l'administration client de Xerox pour accomplir leurs tâches de manière efficace et efficiente, ainsi que pour garantir la satisfaction des clients internes et externes. CA aide également les équipes commerciales de Xerox à soumettre des commandes juridiquement valides répondant aux exigences de Xerox et des clients. + Analyser le contrat et s'assurer de la conformité de tous les aspects : juridique, financier et tarification par politique (SEG), configuration des équipements, etc. + Saisir les commandes d'équipement dans le système informatique et enquêter sur tout problème. + Interface avec l'équipe de tarification, les contrôleurs, l'organisation d'approvisionnement et de logistique de Xerox, garantissant la validité des commandes d'équipement et la disponibilité de l'équipement. + Fournir un soutien aux demandes de renseignements sur les processus au personnel des ventes et des services ainsi qu’à l'administration et du siège social. + Aider à la gestion de divers rapports (OTT) + Établir la satisfaction client à chaque transaction + L'analyste de contrat doit s'assurer que les exigences de contrôle interne et les règles de constatation des revenus sont appliquées. COMPÉTENCES: + Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément avec un sentiment d'urgence + Analytique et bon en mathématiques + Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capable de gérer un volume élevé de courriels et une grande attention aux détails + Apprenant rapidement avec la capacité de conserver et d'appliquer ses connaissances + Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication supérieures + Attitude autonome et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante dans des situations à haute pression + Compétences en informatique/clavier avec une connaissance confortable de Windows et des applications associées + Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: As a Contract Analyst (CA) in the Contract Support Center, the CA is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and administering customer orders, from order signing to the initial invoicing of the contract. While working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities, the CA must ensure that orders signed by Xerox customers meet company guidelines and that the initial invoice sent to the external customer is accurate. The CA interfaces with the Xerox Sales Organization, Pricing Team, Distribution Centers, and Xerox Customer Administration to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively and guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction. The CA also supports the Xerox sales teams in submitting legally valid orders that meet Xerox and Customer requirements. + Analyze the contract and ensure all aspects are compliant: legal, financial, pricing per policy (SEG), equipment configuration, etc. + Enter equipment orders into the computer system and investigate any issues. + Interface with Pricing Team, Controllers, Xerox Supply and Logistic organization, ensuring equipment order validity and equipment availability + Provide process inquiry support to Sales and Services personnel as well as Customer Administration and Head Office co-suppliers + Assist in the management of various reports (OTT) + Establish Customer Satisfaction with each transaction + Contract Analysts must enforce internal control requirements and revenue recognition rules.
