Job Summary of the Contract Analyst- Consignment and Pricing Agreements
The Contract Analyst - Consignment and Pricing Agreements is responsible for awareness and understanding of the contract process focusing on consignment and pricing programs to support the organization. The Contracts Analyst-Consignment and Pricing Agreements is responsible for processing requests for agreements and amendments related to consignment and pricing through partnership with our sales and field inventory teams, including monitoring agreements and amendments throughout our system in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Analyst- Consignment and Pricing Agreements will review and validate agreements, as well as monitor contract progress and performance, working closely with the field sales team in order to optimize consignment and pricing agreement performance. The successful candidate will be a Contract Analyst who is well organized with an awareness of consignment and pricing principles; they will be able to think critically, process complex issues, implement improvement solutions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements of the Contract Analyst- Consignment and Pricing Agreements
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of three years of medical sales and/or contract related experience particularly in a consignment based contracting environment. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced complex Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with various levels of the organization and demonstrate the ability to manage differences and needs between multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Office Applications, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Experience with Contractlogix management platform is a plus.Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst- Consignment and Pricing Agreements
The specific duties of the Contract Analyst- Consignment and Pricing Agreements include but are not limited to:
Responsible for execution of consignment and pricing amendment and agreement documents at the Sales leadership level; working closely with our Field Inventory Specialists and Sales Teams in the consignment and pricing agreement and execution process. Administer and organize agreement documents in our contract management platform Responsible for ensuring all contract related elements are executed and implemented, with all details captured in our contract management platform. This will include document loading, field communication, customer follow up, and ongoing monitoring (leveraging and efficiently utilizing our contract management platform). Serve as a field sales team, inventory specialist and customer care point of contact for consignment and pricing agreements and amendments, including contract template development, completion, and legal review process. Track and monitor key contract related milestones and actions, including renewals, expirations, and contract compliance requirements, etc. Coordinate and complete all monthly contract related reporting as required Interface directly with customers as needed, including consignment and pricing terms and contract structure/ negotiation; provide local support and direction to the sales team regarding the development of consignment and pricing agreements Proactively identify opportunities to drive and implement process improvements or streamline reporting/tracking that will positively impact internal efficiencies (contract tracking, both internal and external communication, key metrics, contract performance, etc). Effectively interact and partner with Customer Care on all consignment and pricing contract related inquiries and requirements Support the broader National Sales Contract/ Strategic Accounts team with ad hoc request, reporting, and other key activitiesLocation

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary Range$74,307—$92,883 USDAxogen is on a hybrid work schedule for some of our positions based out of our headquarters in Florida, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The hybrid work schedule does not include sales or facilities in Ohio or Texas.
