Contract and Compliance Manager

Compensation: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Contract and Compliance Managerto join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. As a Contract and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for serving as liaison between the NASA Team and KSC Management to ensure that all areas of emphasis are on target for completion. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Act as the main contact for performance evaluations and ensure operations meet concession agreement requirements through detailed knowledge and compliance tracking Implement and monitor deadlines, policies, and timelines to support contract requirements, and conduct random audits to maintain compliance Coordinate and track timely submission of all plans and reports by managers, posting them to the NASA reporting server as required Develop procedures to mitigate compliance risks and document milestones for mid-term and annual evaluations Prepare presentations and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with NASA, serving as the liaison and subject matter expert for audits and inspections More about you Paralegal or law degree required. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in contract and compliance and conducting audits and inspections. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support compliance Prior experience working in a Government Contracting environment helpful Construction contract experience a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems Physical requirements Ability to work a hybrid work schedule. Ability to assist other areas of the Kennedy Space Center during busy times i.e. holidays and launches Shift details
