Our prestegious Boston based law firm client has a need for a senior M&A attorney to assist their Associates and Partners in their M&A practice group. This person can sit in NY or MA. The position would start immediately (upon interviewing and review of resumes) and would last through January and likely beyond. Candidates would be required to be licensed in the state they are working at (MA or NYC). Candidates would be required to work onsite in the Boston office 3x a week and work remotely the other two days.

Attorneys must have substantive legal knowledge in the area of corporate, contract and fiduciary duties law as well as federal securities law. The M&A lawyer must also have at least a working knowledge of corporate finance, secured lending, tax, environmental law, employment and labor law, executive compensation and benefits, real estate, antitrust, intellectual property, anti-corruption, commercial law.
