New OrdersHave to be downloaded from share point printed out and entered into a spread sheet.Sorted between Private or DNO supplyPermits to be raisedMaintain orders to ensure maximum efficiency.Raise Orders on third party contractorsAll orders have to be placed on Sap, with a map from Street finderCompleted works need to be audited to ensure they meet original order requirement.If not new lines to be raised / questioned with supplier / and gain client approval.Stand in support for time sheets.Be able to complete pay roll on standby basis.In addition, General office duties:FilingPrintingE mail client
