Contract Compliance Program Manager
The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for development and oversight of contract processes. Ensure that the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to mitigate risk and promote ethical conduct throughout the organization. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite Job Responsibilities: Independently coordinate and perform operational responsibilities across a breadth of compliance program elements (e.g., governance, risk assessment and management, audit, corrective actions) within domain. Serve as the key point of contact for questions and issues within own compliance domain. Support leaders within compliance domain with preparation and presentation of reports around work progress and identified areas of improvement. Support institutional compliance education and training by independently leading training programs as warranted. Independently execute tasks related to assessment and remediation of risks within compliance domain including data gathering, analysis, and trending as well as proposal of possible actions. Lead presentations around compliance-related information, insights, and education for assigned domain. Interpret, clarify, enforce, and implement compliance standards and procedures across assigned teams. Guide early-career team members around compliance standards and systems, Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Minimum Experience: Minimum Requirement: 4+ years of applicable experience in compliance or related functional domain area. Prior experience in managing multiple elements of a compliance program (e.g., governance, auditing and monitoring, training, risk assessment, investigation of compliance concerns and action recommendation). Proven performance in earlier role. Prior Ironclad experience preferred Working knowledge of DNV standards as related to contracts a plus Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only: List any licensure or certification REQUIRED and/or PREFERRED by St. Jude to do the job. Certification in one of the following required: (CPIA) Certified Professional IACUC Administrator, (CHRC) Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance, (CHC) Certified Healthcare Compliance, (CCA) Certified Coding Associate, (CPC) Certified Professional Coder, (CPC-H) Certified Professional Coder-Hospital, (COC) Certified Outpatient Coder, (CIC) Certified Inpatient Coder, (RCC) Radiology Certified Coder, (CCS) Certified Coding Specialist, (CCS-P) Certified Coding Specialist – Physician Based, (RHIA) Registered Health Information Administrator, (RHIT) Registered Health Information Technician. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
