Purpose:  

As a Contractor on the Construction team, you will temporarily support the store transfer & renewal process by streamlining processes, updating documentation, and enhancing the franchisee experience.  

As a key contributor, you will collaborate across teams, create efficient workflows, and drive projects to completion while prioritizing clarity, quality, and frictionless experience for franchisees.  

This role is perfect for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and contribute to the company’s growth and success. 

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility Fridays.  

Other Details: Considering part-time or full-time support for about 12 weeks (20-40 hours/week)


Responsibilities:  

Support store location transfers by creating detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and checklists to streamline the process for franchisees.Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, setting clear expectations and ensuring a smooth, frictionless experience throughout the remodel or relocation process.Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, operations, and branding, to align workflows and ensure successful project execution.Develop, update, and modernize guides, manuals, and templates to support franchisees, improving clarity, efficiency, and adherence to branding standards.Coordinate with real estate teams to finalize leases and oversee the transition of store inventory and fixtures from one location to another.Lead the planning and monitor construction projects for store builds and relocations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Create Gantt charts and critical path template documents that can be used by 3rd party General contractors, architect,s and project managers.Help develop tools for Franchisees to follow to create a consistent and uniform brand image across all retail locations,Continuously optimize and refine processes based on feedback from franchisees and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and the overall franchisee experience.

Required Experience  

3-5 years experience as a Construction Administrator / Manager / Project Manager in a retail or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment required Proficiency in reading and updating technical and operational documents, including process guides and branding materialsExperience creating roadmaps, templates, and documentation that simplify complex processesExperience reading architectural drawings
