Our client, a higher education institution in Philadelphia, is seeking a contract Coordinator to join their Center on Disability. The ideal candidate displays a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, administrative expertise, and a team-player mentality.
Key Points:
Serve as a liaison to address assistive technology needs and ensure equitable access for students with disabilities.Research, manage, and propose upgrades for assistive technology resources to support academic success.Conduct assessments, provide training, and develop instructional materials on assistive technology for students, faculty, and staff.Coordinate interpreting and captioning services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.Oversee departmental operations, including scheduling, email management, and database maintenance.Deliver professional and courteous customer service while assisting with adaptive technology concerns.Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferredCustomer service or administrative experienceStrong attention to detailPreferred experience in an academic settingThis contract Coordinator role is in Philadelphia, accesible through public transit.
