Job Summary: The Contract Coordinator position serves as an essential part of our Preventative Maintenance functions in our Service Department. This role is responsible for maintaining schedule completion and profitability goals while serving as a backup for the Contract Administrator and PM Coordinator.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare and maintain PM Technician schedules.\nData entry with contract rollovers, new contracts, and work orders.\nWork with Sales Team on negotiating rates for clients that are not currently under contract.\nPrepare revenue recognition and process contract invoices.\nPrepare PM invoices for submittal to billing.\nPrepare expired contract listing monthly.\nServe as backup and assist PM Coordinator with dispatching.\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma\/GED.\nProficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Excel.\nStrong mathematical skills; accounting experience is a plus.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.\nExperience with ERP systems or similar software is a plus.\n\n
