Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Lead Coordinator, Contracts, and Pricing - Skilled in Weston, Florida. The role primarily involves interaction with customers and company representatives to handle various pre-sales and post-sales service functions. A key aspect of the role is the maintenance of a shared inbox and the accurate processing of service contract queries. Responsibilities: • Handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, interacting with customers and company sales or service representatives. • Answer and address service contract questions in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintain a shared inbox, ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are addressed. • Generate invoices for billable customers, considering both time and materials, as well as rental deal structures. • Utilize data analytics insights to draft return on investment reports for the sales team. • Learn and understand cross-functional responsibilities for logistics. • Apply detail-oriented expertise and judgement in carrying out assigned tasks, with a comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems involved. • Draft and prepare detailed reports based on data analytics. • Implement and maintain procedures for materials handling and contracting. • Supervise and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
