Striving for 100% compliance, the Data Analyst collects data, and prepares reports per each contract’s requirements, and is continuously improving and documenting reporting processes, and ensuring operational efficiencies to succeed with each new contract award.
Primary Position Tasks:
Deliver quality, compliant, timely contract reporting
Work with Program Managers to understand reporting requirements on each new contract
Create reports for new contracts using existing data sources and work with Business Operations on reports requiring system and/or data source additions
Document Standard Operating Procedures for each contract report
Identify and communicate data gaps, and data integrity issues
Other business duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with Tableau
Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
Tableau Certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
Self-motivated with the ability to proactively assist their team(s)
Ability to maintain accuracy under a heavy workload
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well on a team
Working knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft Office
Essential Elements:
This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.
This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.
