About the Role 

An opportunity has become available for a Contract Delivery Manager for Skilltech, a division within the Downer Group reporting into the WA Operations Manager. The Contract Delivery Manager position will be assigned to our Meter Exchange contract. The successful individual will envision themselves attending to duties such as: 

Coordinate and manage a team of Electricians, Supervisors, Sub-contractors and office employees to ensure that we are meeting our clients’ requirements and deliverables Adhere to safety, quality, scheduling, and budget controls whilst following all client and Downer company requirements and policy guidelines Financial forecasting and actively support to operate the financial performance of the contract Reconciliation for Schedule of Rates You get to run this contract as you see fit with the guidance and support of the Leadership team

 About You  

People manager with a problem-solving mindset to drive improvement of productivity and delivery Proven contract management/operations experience across an office and field-based workforce Electrical background / trade certification preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Excellent numeric skills with the ability to prepare and present detailed reports Experience with financial forecasting is essential  Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (pivots, data analysis etc) Hold a strong Commercial acumen
