Job Description:
The goal of the engagement is to help us optimize our Dynamics 365 CRM so that we can continue to use and scale our CRM system as primary system of record for customers. We need to support both direct and indirect business and reduce process and procedure burdens on our teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current Dynamics CRM 365 system, including features, customizations, workflows, security/RBAC, integrations, records and storage growth, data quality and consistency, best practices, and antipatterns. Identify areas of technical debt, inefficiencies, and antipatterns. Evaluate information architecture and data structures to ensure they model our business correctly. List out external system dependencies and integration points. Interview key process owners and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges. Gather insights from the CRM administration team regarding system maintenance and issues. Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and future requirements. Analyze findings from the system audit and stakeholder interviews. Recommend strategies for addressing technical debt and improving system efficiency. Propose a detailed plan for what our CRM system should look like to support current and future business growth. Advise on industry best practices and appropriate design principles and patterns.Qualifications:
Extensive experience (5-10 years) with Dynamics 365 CRM system usage, architecture, implementation, and optimizations. Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration. Experience with extending Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects for B2B SaaS environments. Experience architecting CRM solutions using industry practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
