Our client, a prominent E-commerce platform in the retail space, seeks a dynamic, experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses experiencing consulting complex performance cases and recommending resolutions, experience with ADA accomodations, and writing investigative reports, all at a global level. This candidate will work closely with international employment counsel to ensure compliance across the globe, as well as develop employee relations processes including both performance improvement plans and investigations. The ideal candidate possesses experience designing employee relations trainings, as well as brings strong people skills and the ability to handle highly confidential matters. Bachelors' degree, required.5+ years of Employee Relations experienceThe ability to write investigative reports as well as experience with ADA accomodationsHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to lead and influence people at all levels within an organizationStrong understanding of international labor laws, required.

The hourly rate for this role is $55-$66/hr.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
