 Ensuring compliance of commercial Terms and condition during execution of contract. 
 Responsible for implementation of various Regulations/orders, directions of Govt. related to contracts. 
 Coordinate with customer and internal teams for resolving various issues related to contract management. 
 Coordinating with all support teams for getting necessary data for Change in laws applicable to the contracts. 
 Preparation of various MIS reports 
 Regular interaction with the Regulatory team related to various matters related to the Contracts

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance 

Experience: 3 – 4 years in Contracts Management
