The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Contract Management Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
Responsibilities:
Interface with the Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor, negotiating NDAs and TAs, participating in proposal reviews, conducting OCI screenings, providing risk assessments, recommending mitigation approaches, and negotiating price, terms, and conditions with clients.
Interpret contract terms and handling subsequent issues as well as attending client meetings, IPRs, PMRs, etc.
Respond to compliance requests, maintaining contracts-related corporate systems such as CES-C and RLA workflow, and participating in M&A due diligence and integration.
Identify and vetting sources, soliciting quotes for Bill of Materials, and negotiating terms and best value.
Issue purchase order awards, handling purchasing management related issues, and supporting indirect procurement activity.
Work with DCMA to preserve an Approved Purchasing System, manage the Purchasing Card Program, and Category Management across the entire company.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 12 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements
Government contracting experience as a Federal Civilian in the DoD
Performs all functional duties independently.
Desired:
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners
Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:
