Contract Management Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for ensuring the risk management and correct trading position for BLC, managing the open book for sales and purchase of trading contracts, building the end of month of Mark to Market for P&L purpose.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

Guarantee the entry of the sales (bulk or pack) and purchase contracts in SAP Guarantee the correct movements in SAP (new contracts, pricing, split, close contracts) Mark to Market contracts and quotes consolidation Daily follow up of the trading position and futures account Price of basis contracts with suppliers (BNA or external suppliers) Follow up of purchases and sales dragging contracts Futures rolling Quote and purchase of raw material Correct administration of futures coverage Balance of the purchase and sales position Maintain update every time it´s needed the quoting tool Update costs on quoting tool according to SAP price conditions

 

Also in charge of:

Update EOM prices System trials  Update cost to commercial team, when it needs to.

 

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):

External: Raw materials suppliers (Palm, Soy, Canola, etc)

Internal: Traders in Miami and North America, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT.

 

Education/Experience

Experience in commodities, purchases planning, supply chain or finance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or related. SAP knowledge Ability to speak and write in English. Excel knowledge

 

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday, weekends availability remotely.  Availability to travel or address change.
