The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Contract Management Analyst to support our Maritime Industrial Base Program. In this role, you will play a key part in the federal acquisition process, supporting contract development, source selection, and contract administration activities in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and DoD 5000 series requirements. Responsibilities:
Draft and review procurement-related documents in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD 5000 series guidelines.Develop comprehensive acquisition documents, including Market Research Reports, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals (J&As), and Determinations & Findings (D&Fs) for government approval.Develop/recommend contract pre/post award strategies for considerationMentor/train more junior Team members regarding contract processesProvide pre/post award execution guidance requiredReview vendor proposal/quote(s) and prepare Cost and/or Price (C/P) Analysis to determine cost/prices reasonableness.Conduct/support negotiations.Prepare and manage Procurement Requests (PRs), Modification Requests, and Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) or Technical Instructions (TIs) to support contract execution.Monitor and track contract obligations, expenditures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract terms and government requirements.Support contract administration functions, including contract modifications, performance tracking, and compliance monitoring.Collaborate with Contracting Officers, Program Managers, and technical teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with mission objectives.Conduct risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies related to contract performance and compliance.Qualifications:
Required:
Active SECRET Clearance5–10 years of relevant contracting experience with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree; alternatively, 12+ years of relevant experience, with proof of applicable Federal Contracts and Acquisition training, may substitute for the degree requirement.At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Contract Specialist supporting U.S. Federal Government pre-award and post-award contracting activities.Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD 5000 series acquisition requirements.Experience drafting and reviewing acquisition documents, including Acquisition Plans, J&As, SOWs/PWSs, and other contract-related documentation.DAWIA or FAC-C certification (or equivalent) in Contracting.Proven ability to perform contract management functions independently with minimal oversight. · Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desired:
Experience supporting source selection activities, including SSEB documentation and evaluation processes.Ability to apply advanced acquisition principles and contribute to the development of innovative contracting strategies. The proposed salary range for this position is:
