We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through to completion. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring all contracts comply with regulatory requirements while mitigating risks and controlling costs.
**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through to completion. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring all contracts comply with regulatory requirements while mitigating risks and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts in line with business objectives and legal requirements.
* Conduct thorough analysis of risks and liabilities associated with each contract.
* Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
* Maintain an updated repository of all active, expired, and terminated contracts.
* Coordinate with various departments (legal, finance, procurement, operations) to ensure seamless implementation of contracts.
* Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that arise.
* Provide advice on contract terms and conditions to non-legal staff.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in contract processes.
* Collaborate with external parties such as vendors, lawyers, and consultants.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 6-7 years in Procurement Contract Management and Admin related roles
* Proven experience in contract administration, preferably
* In-depth understanding of contract clauses and
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Sirion etc).
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* 6-7 years in Procurement Contract Management and Admin related roles
