The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Contract Manager who will provide facilities operations support services for our client located in Tucson, AZ. Primary Responsibilities Ensure operations are in line with the Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Arizona Region Performance Work Statement (PWS). Authority to act for the contractor on all contractual matters relating to the daily operations and shall be responsible for all aspects of contract management. Ensure optimum longevity of all CBP facilities' equipment and systems through a well-managed preventative and repair maintenance program. Manage and report to the COR the current status of equipment and systems, to include service interruptions and other vital information. Participate in development and execution of Minor and Major Repairs that are beyond the scope of services performed under the PM portion of the contract. Manage facility services budget to ensure highest priority requirements are met within a limited dollar amount. Maintain strict compliance with a combination of Government, industry, and manufacturer-recommended standards for scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) or other Government approved standard of equal or higher level. Attend weekly progress meetings with the COR.
