We are now looking for a Partner Management Administrative Assistant who will assist the Contract Manager in managing our global ANCS service partner network in collaboration with the Box Sales Steering Committee and Service Management. In this role your will report to the Contract Manager and preferred location is Hørsholm, Denmark.
Main responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the renewal and update of existing partner contracts on Wärtsilä templates
• Assist in the Partner Management and Partner Performance Evaluation processes by conducting online research, consolidating information and documents from relevant sources
• Assist in preparing and writing summary reports
• Assist in the review of the validity of service partners' training- and quality-related certificates
• Assist in collecting and uploading files and in analysing proper classification of documents in the ANCS' Sharepoint
• Assist updating partners/stakeholders' information in shared files and master data system
• Assist in the development partner management tools
• Assist in disseminating relevant communication materials to ANCS partners
• Assist in the preparation of ANCS internal and external presentation materials
• Attend and/or support in organising ANCS meetings
Qualifications:
• Computer and Software Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platform eg Sharepoint, OneDrive and software applications eg. Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Power Point (desirable)
• Communication Skills - Able to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral. Fluency in Danish is desirable.
• Other key Skills - Solid time management skills, Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, Able to meet deadlines, multi-task and juggle many different and sometimes competing priorities Team player, able to work well with others and pitch in where needed, Curious and eager to learn, Sensitive to differences in cultures across the globe.
