Contract Manager

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Contract Manager to join the team at our Multi-Customer site in Rotherham. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, whilst supporting also the day to day operations of the site.

 

This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be predominately working Monday – Friday… however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

Ensure key contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are archived across the site Full responsibility for customer reporting requirements including monthly and quarterly reviews. Stock integrity daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly review and reporting. Address and resolve any customer issues related to contract performance or obligations. Work closely with finance teams to ensure contract terms are consistent with company objectives.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operation experience Awareness of differing commercial mechanisms as well as understanding P&Ls Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
