Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing overall contract manufacturing operations. You will coordinate support of master production schedules, new product initiatives, and coordinate supply planning execution at our Contract Manufacturers. You will also lead process improvement initiatives, cost optimization opportunities, and cost negotiation to drive operation efficiency across the Contract Manufacturer space. Additionally, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting activities, and manufacturing execution support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted supply, manage risks, and achieve cost savings. Responsible for the overall operations management, financial and contract administration of the contract manufacturing network.Provides overall operational direction and coordination of the Master Production Schedule at our Contract Manufacturers, specific to capacity and supply materials/ingredients.Actively participate in new product initiatives providing support in the development, planning, implementation and continual coordination of Operations’ resources.Negotiate costs for new products with existing and new partners.Optimize the contract manufacturing network to ensure manufacturing capability exists within the system to deliver Ocean Spray products that meet quality specifications and service levels within the desired timeframesLead MBR, scorecard, and performance reviews at Contract Manufacturing inclusive but not limited to safety, service, cost, and quality.Perform budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, tracking, reconciliation, systems support and integration.Provide systems and process improvement support to contract manufacturers, identify cost optimization opportunities for each co-packer.Travel up to 50% requiredWhat We Are Looking For:

$84,400 - $116,200The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
