Contract Marketing Manager

Our team works collaboratively building a world-class all-in-one payments orchestration platform that provides our clients with extensive capabilities, technologies, and services, all with only one integration.BlueSnap is searching for a Contract Marketing Manager to work approximately 20-25 hours per week through approximately February 2025. This is a hybrid position based in our Waltham, MA office.Responsibilities:Integrated CampaignsDefine and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns designed to reach our target ICP and buying groups through BlueSnap marketing channels and our partner channel which allows BlueSnap to drive awareness, nurture target audiences, and generate qualified leads for Sales.Work across marketing teams on integrated marketing strategies that includes the optimal channel mix including web, email, paid advertising, content, partner marketing and organic & paid social media.Define core messaging and objectives for marketing campaigns. Author detailed briefs for the creative teams to develop campaign assets that are concise yet inspirational and will deliver on target audience needs, brand ambitions, and business challenges to drive results.Develop and implement a measurement strategy and consistent reporting to ensure that all marketing tactics are measured for ROI, performance against objectives and insights leveraged to take meaningful action for ongoing improvement.Partner with Content team and additional stakeholders to develop content topics and creative campaigns to reach our target audiences including whitepapers, eBooks, and webinars.Plan and manage the execution of BlueSnap hosted webinars, including working with partners who participate in webinars.Manage a team of Interns to bring out their best while also fostering skills growth and career development opportunities.Partner MarketingWork with our Partners to develop and execute partner marketing campaigns, including paid media sponsorship opportunities - developing marketing strategies and coordinating execution of marketing collateral and distribution to appropriate channels.Organic Social Media/Brand AdvocacyCollaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist on paid social media campaigns, delivering on brand messaging for paid media campaigns.Strategize organic social media content pipelines, oversee, and curate content calendar.Manage social content calendar and posting schedule, which supports brand and vertical initiatives - coordinating with internal stakeholders on media appearances, thought leadership, press releases, and other timely announcements.Execute day-to-day management and maintenance of all social media channels, interacting with mentions and ensuring consistent daily scheduled content.Monitor social media conversations and trends related to our CEO, brand, industry, and competitors, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and improve social media strategies.Set objectives, analyze data, including impressions, engagements, clicks, among other KPIs for organic social media, and draw actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.Advise and implement on most effective hashtags and keywords for paid & organic social media.Monitor trends and keep up to date with social media tools, applications, channels, design, influencers, and strategy.Grow presence and engagement with BlueSnap’s ICP buyer groups/personas.Create & maintain customer advocacy programs/campaigns, including working with and maintaining third party review sites (ORM).Manage social media/brand advocacy program.Develop social media training overview to train new associates onboarding to BlueSnap.Email MarketingDevelop and execute email marketing strategy and calendar for acquisition and customer development/retention including newsletters, promotions, and personalized content, to engage our target audience.Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns utilizing the HubSpot Platform to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.Strategic plan includes segmentation strategy, email list growth, understanding email attrition and deliverability. Ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, ROI, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.Stay up to date on best practices, newest tools and tactics. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5 - 7 years of professional experience in MarketingProven experience working with the HubSpot Platform and intimate knowledge of its properties, including workflows, email marketing, lead scoring, and contact managementDemonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaignsStrong writing skills with the ability to craft a crystal-clear creative brief using key target insights for the most impactful messaging and creativeProficiency in data analysis and translating data insights into actionable marketing strategiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsHubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) are a plusBlueSnap is an equal opportunity employer.
