Job Description

This position is responsible for developing managing and improving the processes of tracking assets used for customer demonstrations consignments demo loaners workshops and tradeshows. The position will interact closely with sales marketing customer service and other distribution personnel to optimize the use of these assets in the field and to verify the accuracy of asset records by implementing sound internal controls.

Job Duties Primary Responsibilities include: Receive and process consignment requests for equipment and consumables. Follow up on any open RANs for product coming back from the field. Coordinate direct bills transfers between field reps and write offs. Request and return loaners from vendors. Work with field inventory support team and Operations team to ensure that adjustments shipments and receipts are properly entered in the perpetual system. Maintain current Asset Tracker with up-to-date information. Process Placement and/or Rental Orders as required by Contracts. Provide exit audits of field reps that are leaving the company per associated Division. Train new Sales reps and/or Field based Employees with Consignment on Asset Tracking systems and Asset Management process within 1 month of hire. Ensure accuracy in all Consignment orders entered and processed by running daily reports and correcting all necessary details. Meet with Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Team on a monthly basis to review product inventory concerns and work with any newly launched products coming or up-coming. Adhere to all policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Perform special projects as needed. Job Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent required College diploma preferred. Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in an inventory control environment as asset. preferably in the medical device or similar industry. Basic to Medium Microsoft Office skills required. Excellent communication and telephone skills.

 

Preferred:

 

Experience with JDE or SAP an Asset. Excellent communication and telephone skills. Demonstrates strong organizational prioritization/time management and problem-solving skills. Extremely detail oriented Motivated results oriented and persistent. Proactive/takes initiative. Maintains a positive attitude and works well within a team environment. Handles stressful situations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication/customer service skills.
