Contract Operations Analyst, Health and Benefits

This opportunity is pivotal in implementing a new end-to-end contracting process to support our client facing consulting teams and Account Executives. The role supports compliance, enhances efficiency, and mitigates business risks. Team Collaboration: Join a collaborative and high-performance contract management team. Implement strategies to optimize the contract lifecycle process, from initial contract review to execution and renewal. Ensure alignment of contract management practices with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Contract Development: Partner with Account Executives and Commercial client leaders to supervise and track the contract lifecycle, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, risk management, and data privacy teams to coordinate contract approvals. Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions. Compliance and Risk Management: Partner with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure all contracts align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Build and maintain a robust contract management database and tracking system for efficient monitoring, reporting, and renewal management. Conduct regular audits and assessments of contract performance and compliance. Improvement In Execution, Technology, and Innovation: Continuously assess and improve contract management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Implement standard methodologies and innovative solutions to streamline contract workflows and reduce cycle times. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role. Skills and experience that will lead to success. Hands-on experience of at least 2 years or more in a commercially focused operations role, ideally within the Healthcare or Employee Benefits Industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Contracting experience: administration, coordination, and oversight of contracts from initiation through execution and closure. Risk analysis in relation to contracts. Strong financial analysis for financial aspects of contracts to optimize operational and financial performance. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while staying focused on expected outcomes. Strong ability to work collaboratively with partners at all levels. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plan in addition to base salary. The amount of any varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
