We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders.
Managing CSA / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia, owning the end to end process, financial accountability.
Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeps customer informed, and negotiates changes.
Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
Have an PMP/ IPMA certification would be preferred.
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences.
Have rotating machinery experience.
Be customer focused and a team player.
