HEYDUDE is looking for a Contract Product Developer, who will report to the Director PD Ops & Off Calendar. We are looking for someone with experience in creating footwear BOM’s in PLM, familiarity with the Centric PLM system is preferred, but other footwear PLM systems are also appreciated.
What You'll Do Convert footwear SPEC’s from hard copy into EBOM in PLM system. Cross check SPEC’s against product samples and packaging requirements for each SKU before creating EBOMs. Create items in PLM material libraries, following set conventions for each library. What You'll Bring to the Table Footwear Product Developer with experience in creating Bill of Materials in PLM systems. Ability to interpretate common footwear terms in SPECs or BOMs. Knowledge of Textile, Leather, Synthetic, and Trim categories for casual footwear. Ability to operate a computer for extensive periods at a time. Ability to input one colorway BOM in under 30 min. Microsoft Excel, PLM and BOM experience is a plus. Thrives in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment collaboratively and autonomously. Task-oriented and takes great pride in their work.
This contract position is available from the start date to 12/19/2024 with a possibility of extension to 10/30/2025.
The selected person will be required to come into our Westwood, MA office 3 days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
