Project Manager- Electrical Projects
Oversee and coordinate repair work on electrical equipment, working with internal stakeholders and 3rd party repair shop vendors. Responsible for scheduling and execution of repair work and returning repaired equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress..
Problem Solving: Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively, making decisions that align with project goals and objectives.
Skills: Technical aptitude for industrial electrical power equipment (i.e. motors, transformers, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
