Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: ALTA is supporting a contract opportunity working hybrid three days onsite client located in the Lincoln, NE area
Pay Rate $25-30 hourly


Job Description Summary and responsibilities:  Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of team dynamics and cultural fit, and the skills and experiences needed to continue the growth and success of the business Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract highly skilled diverse talent  Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, including the offer and closing of candidates
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter. Experience with light industrial recruiting Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent for niche roles and in challenging talent markets, specifically experience in attracting talent across NA into manufacturing roles
