Our client, multinational marketing and advertising company, is looking for a dynamic Contract Recruiter to manage recruitment efforts across all levels of their organization. This role will focus on driving the entire recruiting process, from sourcing top talent to finalizing hires. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, effective hiring process and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of positionsPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidatesSource and build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates using creative recruiting techniques (social media, networking, etc.)Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to schedule interviewsTrack key recruiting metrics to predict staffing needsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and company policiesMaintain applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS experience a plus)Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in media, tech, or advertising industriesBachelor's degree in a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across all levels of an organizationExpertise in sourcing and mapping candidatesHigh degree of professionalism, motivation, and reliabilityAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)Creative mindset with a willingness to try new initiativesBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
