Contract Recruiter

Summary: Seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build candidate pipelines for key positions.

Requirements:

4 - 6 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting talent 2+ years using Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Workday Background in industries such as Telecom, Engineering, Consumer Electronics Knowledge of compliance with recruiting laws and regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes Build and maintain candidate pipelines Prescreen candidates for fit and qualifications Source candidates through various channels including job boards and networking Collaborate with business leaders to create effective job postings

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
