Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement sales support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy with specific technical capability and focus on contract and risks management. Each day, you will ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts including sales policies, sales campaigns, and sales agency agreements. You will also showcase your expertise by serving as a primary organizational contact during contract negotiations.Risk review during tender stage•\tFamiliar with China Law regarding contract term & conditions.•\tContract risk management and trade compliance control.•\tNegotiation for critical T&C with External & Internal customers.•\tTo get preferable payment term for each contract•\tInitiate and complete project risk review according to group guideline. •\tCoordinate and lead the risk review meeting if required. •\tProvide risk review training to sales and other functions. Contract review•\tReview sales and purchasing contracts to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and Local Law requirement. •\tCoordinate and get support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement. •\tSupport sales to negotiate with the customer for critical terms, if required. •\tSales contract chop management, ensure all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs. LOA&POA review•\tReview and revise LOA and POA to ensure all LOA and POA issued could meet ABB requirement and risk management. Credit review:•\tPerform customer credit review and credit risk management. •\tOthers: provide other commercial support if required.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree or above and major in Law with Lawyer background, international trade or relevant with Lawyer background.\tA good understanding of Contract Law / Contract Terms and Conditions.\tA good understanding of project risk management, at least 3-4 years of contract review experiences in related area.\tBe fluent in both written and spoken English.\tGood at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc.\tWork in strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude.\tStrong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill.\tGood communication and negotiation skill.
