Contract Senior Manager of Employee Relations
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Employee Relations for a 6-month contract. This role supports the ER function as a whole and ensures employee concerns are handled in a timely, fair, and consistent manner in accordance with company values and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance managementWork across the business to conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices and key ER principlesWork in partnership with ER team, HRPBs and Legal to lead thorough and objective investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations

Required Experience & Education:

Bachelor's degree required7+ years of Employee Relations experience in a large, complex organizationPharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial sales, or R&D experience preferredPrevious experience managing a high volume of ER cases H1405942_1738861185 To Apply for this Job Click Here
