Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records Give the homebuyers a warrant booklet Issue the keys to the homebuyer one they have been approved by the Escrow Officer
