**Job Description** CSSO responsibilities include on-site support to BAE employees and subcontractors who require clearance for access to the facility. The CSSO/PSO verifies clearances, processes incoming and outgoing visit requests, and maintains SCIF access. Duties of this position also include briefings, debriefings, badge activation and deactivation, document control, contract security, security interviews, personnel security, insider threat requirements, physical security inspections. Implementation of contract security requirements, development of DD254s, and proposal support will be a requirement. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelors degree and six years experience Experience with Industrial Security databases Knowledge of facility clearance processing and FOCI Experience interpreting, applying and implementing the NISPOM, SEADs, and/or ICDs Experience implementing physical, personnel, industrial and/or information security policy and procedures **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** ISP Certification **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
