Job Summary

Perform contract activities within Global Sales Contract Management (GSCM) Department. Provide support to Leads and Managers within GSCM, Globally.

Essential Functions

Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management SoftwareMaintain & coordinate GPO membership databases, contract reporting, and administrative fee paymentsField calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts, contracts, and pricing issues and informationMaintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as requiredRespond to miscellaneous data/report requestsReview terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for reviewSupport Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management as neededComplete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred3 - 5 years contracts experience preferred andContracts and National Accounts experience
required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skillsAbility to interact with all levels within the organizationStrong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essentialKnowledge of reporting software (i.e., Crystal) is desirableExperience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plusAbility to retain and recall previously introduced processes and proceduresAbility to prioritize workAbility to work independently after training
