Contract Specialist
Job Description One of our federal clients is looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team at the HQ in Arlington, VA. This person will be helping a few of the client's government customers and help manage overall contract administration for Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time & Materials (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) engagements, including preparing price proposals, tracking contract values and funding, and assisting with invoicing inquiries. They will also process contract modifications and ensure compliance with FAR, NFS, and ARC clauses. On top of contract administration duties, they will also be providing financial management support and work alongside the Finance Specialist to ensure error free 533 reports and reconcile budgets and invoices. They will assist in preparing subcontractor RFP packages and coordinate proposal responses from subcontractors, and prepare analysis and justification for subcontractor proposals. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably govcon - Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR, NFS, ARC clauses) - Experience in contract compliance, financial reconciliation, and subcontractor coordination - Understanding of ITAR/EAR compliance, Rights in Data, and Certified Cost and Pricing Data Certified Contract Manager (CCM) certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
