Contract Specialist & Equipment Coordinator
As a Contract Specialist & Equipment Coordinator, you'll be the maestro of crafting independent contractor contracts using our snazzy templates and orchestrating a course that showcases all the contract details. You'll team up with outside groups to set up LLC's and make sure all the information regarding their equipment is ready to go when they are ready to roll!

What you will be doing:Create contracts for lease purchase, owner operator, and inside carrier contractors. Ensure accurate entries in the driver master and unit master of the database. Manage the LLC Program.Send status notifications when equipment is changesConvert company drivers to lease purchase and vice versa upon request. Administer contact counsels for new drivers. Distribute equipment assignments to each orientation location's new drivers and coordinate existing driver equipment.Create amortization schedules for equipment. Audit cost centers, pay codes, and driver and equipment mastersOther duties and assignments by leadership.Requirements:High school diploma/equivalent required.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy. Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs. Demonstrates an "All in to Win" attitude and performances and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment. Benefits: Opportunity to earn bonuses!Full comprehensive benefit package!120 hours of Paid Time Off earned on your first day!401 (K)
