The ideal resume would contain experience with federal government on the SELL side (working with contracting agencies with the federal government), be able to work with multiple stakeholders and projects at once. **?** **Job Title:?** Contract Specialist Legal **Location: Remote (EST/CST)** **Pay Range: $35 - $38/hr on W2** ? ? **Role Summary: Microsoft U.S. Federal—Deal & Contract Assist (DCA)—Contract Specialist** This fully remote role (EST/CST preferred) supports Microsoft Unified and Product Support Services sellers through the contract lifecycle, from deal setup and creation to processing. The position addresses increased workload demands and offers a compelling opportunity to work on cutting-edge federal government transactions within a collaborative team culture. **Key Responsibilities:** + Facilitate deal reviews, approvals, and signatory processes. + Perform 70% transactional contract work, 20% calls/miscellaneous, and 10% meetings. + Ensure services meet high-quality standards and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. + Coordinate contract workflows across multiple stakeholders and departments. + Educate users on the contract management & compliance process. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** 4+ years in contract administration or a similar role. + **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Microsoft internal systems and tools. + **Eligibility:** U.S. citizenship/residential requirements for federal vendor status. + **Disqualifiers:** Legal/attorney experience or senior-level contract management backgrounds. **Unique Value Proposition:** + Gain exposure to federal government contracts. + Enhance your skills within a dynamic, supportive team environment. + Potential for extension based on workload demands. **Schedule:** Standard M-F, 40 hours per week. **Equipment:** Supplier to provide laptop, mouse, and headset. ?
