**Job Description**
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are currently recruiting 4 Finance Analyst’s to join the finance team on the Sandoz account in the Life Sciences sector located in Manila. The successful candidate’s will provide strong technical financial skills and support our dedicated account team.
Provide direct support to Sr. Finance Analyst and Site FMs, and regional finance manager on business unit’s performance, including preparation of management reports such as Unbilled/Unearned Revenue, or any other related reports. PO Raising, Invoice processing to invoice resolution, Supplier onboarding - including preparation of reports to finance analyst like OPEN PO review with site leads, or any other related reports. Provide value-adding and insightful analysis and narratives on PO variances on month end reports of complex accounts. Review and analyse PO details and identify issues, provide resolutions, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
Must understand and drive the end-to-end process for each BU, from PO raising to invoicing. Be able to challenge and support operational stakeholders to ensure PO/Billing compliance, acting as a point of escalation internally.

**Core Responsibilities**
1. Unbilled/Unearned Revenue preparation and journal entry.
2. Assist Finance Analyst in SOX requirements and support site FM for the annual audit process.
3. PO Management (from PO Raising, approval, completion and resolution)
4. Invoice management – Invoice monitoring to invoice resolution
5. Assist site FM in GRN (Goods Receipts Notice)
6. Financial Control and Commercial Aspects assistance for Contract.
7. Assist Finance analyst in preparation of for detailed variance analysis and commentary by general ledger code, by service line against the plan & the latest forecast
8. Assist Finance analyst in balance sheet reconciliations with detailed commentary and the required supporting evidence and calculations.
9. Maintain WIP, OPO’S and Debt to within agreed contractual & company defined parameters.
10. Support any GWS transformation and client initiatives, working closely with other functions to ensure full alignment of deliverables and results.
11. Ad-hoc reporting as requested by the contract team
12. Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis as required by the contract team.
**PO Management**
· Review & approve purchase requisitions raised by site teams
· Receive invoices against POs
· Assist in inquiries related to PO transactions
**Billing**
· Prepare billing request forms to process invoices to be issued to customers / client
· Monitor the billing requests and invoices issued
· Assist inquiries related to billing transactions
**Accrual**
· Analyze client bookings to check completion
· Submit accrual entries , as needed relating to billings made and reclassifications, if any
**Ad-hoc Tasks**
· Address issue/s that arise and provide recommendations for solutions
· Identify and initiate projects for continuous improvement
· Provide requirements for SSC deliverables (internal reporting)
· Ensure compliance in CBRE, and SSC requirements (i.e., online trainings, PMT, etc.)
· Assist in providing supporting documents, reconciliations, and analysis during client audit
**Business Partnering**
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
· Hold regular reviews with the contract support team
· Provide support to the contract support team to drive the following outcomes:
· Zero WIP over 15 days
· Zero aged debt over 15 days
· Zero aged PO accruals over 90 days
· Zero supplier invoices blocked in the system over 90 days
**Qualifications**
1. Experience of 3 years and above in Finance and Contract Support roles
2. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred;
3. Highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity, innovation in mind and ensures accuracy on all deliverables.
4. Extremely organized and methodical in your approach to work and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time;
5. Excellent analytical skills, able to handle high volume of data with ability to articulate complex business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.
6. Willingness to work on different time zones on a monthly or bi-monthly rotational working schedule between day, mid and night shift in line with business requirement.
7. Proficient in English (both written and spoken with excellent interpersonal and communication skills)
8. MS Excel data manipulation skills – pivot table, lookups, complex excel formula as a minimal is compulsory
9. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
10. Proficient with MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiar with system furniture design and modular furniture while demonstrating knowledge and adherence to building regulations and health & safety guidelines.
11. Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task. Ability to adapt to change when necessary.
12. Knowledgeable in accounting system like PeopleSoft and iScala, JIRA, and any visualization tools like PowerBI, smart sheets is ideal but not required
13. Previous experience of a service industry role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX / Iscala or Peoplesoft.
14. Dealt with GMP, Cost plus and Fixed price commercial models
