Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? We’re seeking a dedicated Contract Support Coordinator to provide top-notch technical assistance to our Client Accounting and Real Estate Management teams. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for addressing software-related issues, ensuring our teams can operate smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to and resolve requests for assistance with various accounting software applications, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
+ Document and track issues, resolutions, and actions taken through our incident management system.
+ Handle basic software support inquiries while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate experts.
+ Conduct security and data reviews to uphold compliance with our established policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate on exciting client and internal projects, contributing to team success.
+ Provide valuable insights for process improvements based on client feedback and incidents.
+ Embrace additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with emphasis in accounting or finance required plus a minimum of one year accounting or finance experience required. Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to effectively respond to basic inquiries or requests, and successfully convey and explain system and accounting issues to non-system users.
**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**
Requires basic knowledge of accounting terms.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve basic problems in standard and non-standard situations. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills.
**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
