We are looking for a Contract Support Manager to build client relationships, conduct audits, and monitor service delivery against SLAs and Cleaning Specifications. You will manage employee wages, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and follow client Fire and Safety regulations to minimize risks.You should effectively manage contracts within a designated area, ensuring compliance with HR, QHSE, RTW, vetting, and contract policies. Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills are essential for liaising with clients and meeting their expectations.The ideal candidate will have a clean UK driver's license (own vehicle preferred), experience in managing soft services/cleaning in facilities management, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office. An IOSH Health & Safety qualification is desirable.
