Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SURVEILLANCE REPRESENTATIVE in the INSTALLATION SUPPORT DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will act as the point of contact/liaison for the contractual actions required for the creation, distribution and notification of award on all contracts. You will oversee the negotiation of contractual change orders, delivery orders, contract close outs/terminations, evaluations, and processing of claims. You will review and complete official contract files. You will act as Authorizing Official for all Government Credit Card Purchases. You will review and request installation passes for personnel requiring base access. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting price analysis and assisting in negotiating contract changes; operating computer programs including, or similar to, Procurement Request Builder, Defense Travel Systems (DTS) and Microsoft Office (e.g., graphics, spreadsheets, word) AND authorizing commercial purchases.
