Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator Location: Remote, United States, United States **Description** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process with a heavy focus on three primary areas: Recruitment Support, Candidate Experience and Operational/Admin Support. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Thisis a6-month contract (1099) positionandreports directly to theVP, Talent Acquisition. **_Preferred_** **_Location_** **_and Expected Work Hours_** + This is a remote,home-officebasedrole and candidates located in thecontinentalUnitedStateswill be considered, with a preference for Eastern/Central time zones + Expected work hours are 30-40 hours/weekfor this role **_Travel Requirements_** There are no expected travel requirements for this role. **_Essential Functions_** + Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers + Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy + Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and hiring statuses + Assist in resume screening and initial candidate outreach when needed + Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, candidate surveys, and ad-hoc projects + Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process + Ensure timely communication and provide updates to candidates on their application status + Assist with tracking key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline data + Support employer branding efforts, including social media recruitment initiatives + Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency **_Education Requirement_** Bachelor’s degreein a related fieldand/or equivalent work experience **_Required_** **_Experience_** **_, Knowledge_** **_and Skills_** + 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles + Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools; Jobvite ATS experience is a PLUS + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion **_About Dodge Construction Network_** Dodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.Our legacy is deeply rooted in empowering our customers with transformative insights, igniting their journey towards unparalleled business expansion and success.We serve decision-makers who seek reliable growth and who value relationships built on trust and quality.
