Description We are seeking a contract-to-hire Senior Accountant to join our team based in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a contract-to-hire position with a hybrid work schedule of 1-2 days a week in the office in downtown Fort Worth. Senior Accountant (contract-to-hire): Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and coordination of audits. • Manage accruals related to debt and interest expense. • Execute account reconciliations and post cash and securitization entries. • Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools to manage accounting functions. • Handle accounts payable and receivable. • Conduct auditing procedures. • Perform billing functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GAAP, with experience in reconciliations, and working with large data sets using Excel at an advanced level. Top 3 Keys: 1. Advanced Level Excel – Has experience with creating formulas, working with large complex workbooks and data sets. Power BI experience is a plus. 2. GAAP Accounting – strong Reconciliation experience 3.
