JOB SCOPE:
This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing local appliance repair and HVAC service providers for the Go Local program, ensuring they meet operational and quality standards.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Contractor and Service Order Authorization Specialist is a key player in ensuring efficient appliance repairs, supporting inhome technicians, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role includes identifying, assessing and onboarding qualified service providers in areas without W2 technician coverage. You will work closely with the recruiting, operations, and service management teams to build a robust network of local providers who meet our quality and operational standards. This role also requires the Contractor and Service Order Authorization Specialist to serve as an in-house technical expert when needed, providing guidance to ensure compliance with partner agreements and advocating for the best outcomes for customers, partners, and the company.
